Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer with at least three years of

experience in fintech. The ideal candidate will have a strong software development and

database architecture foundation and proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and Go (or Rust). This

role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to cutting-edge

technology in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business

requirements.

 Build and optimize database architectures for performance and scalability.

 Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best

practices.

 Innovate and experiment with new technologies to improve systems and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 3+ years of professional experience in software development within the fintech domain.

 Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and Go (or Rust).

 Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and Protobufs.

 Strong understanding of database architecture and optimization.

 Experience with modern software development practices, including agile

methodologies.

 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

 Proficiency in C++ or C#.

 Proficiency with SQL and Redis for database and caching solutions.

 Experience in senior roles or leading a team.

 Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or microservices architecture.

 Knowledge of financial systems, trading platforms, or compliance frameworks.
