Location: Colorado Springs, CO Summary:

CNF Technologies is searching for a junior Full Stack Developer to support United States Space Force (USSF) by developing software in support of Space Systems Command (SSC) Cyber Operations Branch rapid agile development of defensive cyber solutions to protect, defend, and respond to both ground and space based cyber adversarial threats. A successful candidate should be a leader and problem solver with a proven ability to deliver superior results as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced environment. As a senior technical lead full-stack developer with CNF, your development activities at the Cyber Operations Branch program office adhere to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). SAFe offers proven, integrated principles, practices, and competencies to implement lead, agile, and DevOps at scale. Additionally, this program office personifies DevSecOps which automates the integration of security at every phase of the software development lifecycle from initial design, through integration, testing, deployment, and software delivery. These development efforts shall result in two deployable defensive cyber solutions to protect, defend, and respond to USSF mission systems. Responsibilities:

• Providing strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff

• Working high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performing all functional duties independently

• Overseeing efforts of less senior staff and responsible for efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job

• Ensuring consistent submission of high-quality products to the Government

• Communicating clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy-oral and written Qualifications:

• At least eight (8) years of relevant experience performing activities in the Government (military and/or civil servant), federally funded research and development center, or profit or non-profit Government support, or development contractor arena

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, software development or STEM related specialty

• Active Top Secret clearance (minimum) with SCI eligibility required

• Experience with at least two (2) of the following programming languages: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, and/or Python

• Experience with at least two (2) of the following applications frameworks: React, Angular, Python, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Material UI • Familiarity and knowledge with technologies such as Apache Spark, Kubernetes, Kafka, SIMP Project, Ansible, Docker, GIT, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Suricata, Zeek, Kibana, Logstash, Elastic Search, Neo4J, PostgreSQL, AWS Cloud, and/or Nifi

• Experience or knowledge in the following Areas: o Agile software development

o Agile methodologies

o Agile project management

o Software project management

o Defensive cyber operations

o Software development life cycle management

o Program/project management

o Systems engineering

o Strategic Planning

o Cross-functional teams Desired:

• Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience in Space Systems Command

• Experience with Cyber Operations Branch (SSC/SZYO) program office

• Advisory and Assistance Service (A&AS), or System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) to Government program office

• Experience with ACAT I/II level acquisition programs
