We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer – iOS/tvOS to enhance our team. This role requires a skilled professional who is adept at building complex iOS and tvOS applications and mentoring junior engineers. YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)

• Lead the development and maintenance of advanced applications for iOS and tvOS platforms.
• Drive the entire application lifecycle, from concept to delivery and post-launch support.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices, code quality, and tech innovations.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure robust, secure, and scalable solutions by identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs.
• Optimize application performance through advanced profiling, tuning, and enhancements.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and contribute insights to internal technology discussions.
• Translate business requirements into viable and scalable applications.

YOU HAVE: (Qualifications, Required Skills & Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in iOS development, with a solid track record of successful projects.
• Proficient in Swift and SwiftUI, with a deep understanding of iOS ecosystem.
• Extensive experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
• Expertise in integrating with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience in leading projects and mentoring junior developers.
• Strong familiarity with performance and memory tuning tools.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

DESIRED (Qualifications, Skills & Experience)

• Proven experience with tvOS and development for Apple TV.
• A strong presence on GitHub with contributions to open source projects.
• In-depth experience with GraphQL.
