Senior Solutions Architect (Remote)

Position Overview:

As a Senior Solutions Architect at Beam.lu, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and delivery of new features for our products. You will work closely with other developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to create high-quality, testable code. Your expertise will help shape the future of our products and mentor the next generation of developers in our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feature Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features for our core products.
• Coding & Optimization: Code, unit test, and maintain software and databases to ensure optimal performance, security, and functionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with QA teams to develop testable code and with business analysts/product owners to refine backlog items.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, foster productive discussions, and conduct code reviews.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of existing products, integrating new software components as needed.
• Innovation: Bring forward ideas to enhance product features, development processes, or overall system performance.
• Documentation: Write well-designed, clean, and maintainable code with comprehensive documentation.
• Agile Participation: Actively engage in Agile methodologies, contributing to Scrum tasks, estimates, and development cycles.

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Solutions Architect, with a strong background in Object-Oriented (OO) design and programming.
• Proficiency in C#, Visual Studio 2022, WPF, WebAPI, and SQL Server (2016 and above).
• Experience with .NET framework (4.8) and .NET Core 5 / 6.
• Strong understanding of design and architecture patterns, Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Proficient in using Git for version control.
• Experience with continuous integration, refactoring, CI/CD pipelines, and nightly builds.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
• Self-organized, creative team player with excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Experience with popular web application frameworks like AngularJS or Angular is considered a plus.
