Senior Solutions Engineer (Remote)

We are looking for a talented Portuguese-speaking Solutions Engineer in Europe to serve as the bridge between our customers and our product team. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with excellent communication skills to help customers implement and optimize our solutions while driving product improvements based on customer needs. GreenTriangle is on a mission to make farming more financially secure and sustainable by making crop insurance products accessible to farmers worldwide. Our work is essential to some of the largest (re-)insurers in the world, to help farmers manage the inherent volatility of the industry.

What you’ll do:

• Design and implement complex technical solutions for enterprise customers using our TypeScript stack and improve our apps’ usability.
• Represent us to our customers from requirements analysis to shaping our features & product roadmap.
• Build integrations and extend our core platform’s capabilities.
• Lead product sessions with our customers to discover requirements and architect solutions.
• Support us in day-to-day business and operations, such as client-onboarding or monitoring usage of our products.
• Write production-quality code that meets our high standards for performance and reliability

What we’re looking for:

• Near-native Portuguese language skills (native or C1+) and near-native English language skills (native or B2+).
• 4+ years of experience in a customer facing role
• 3+ years of experience in writing code (in any role or language)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with natural ability to engage effectively with customers at all technical & seniority levels.
• Strong programming skills and experience in building products
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Detail oriented (means: can avoid mistakes).
• The ability to make product decisions independently.
• Solid understanding of CS fundamentals / degree in Computer Science or related.
• These specific frameworks are not a requirement, as long as you are willing to learn them: Typescript / React / React Native, and generally, experience with web/mobile frontends; as well as SQL (specifically Postgresql).
