What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with business leaders to assess needs and develop solutions to promote growth and efficiency
• Manage a portfolio of business projects, assessing and analyzing their impact while communicating updates
• Lead assigned projects through the entire project lifecycle, from analysis to deployment
• Establish key performance metrics and design reporting solutions to enhance business performance
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and commitment to quality and customer service

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of Project Management experience
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
• Strong business knowledge and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and relevant loan operating systems

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in mortgage lending or mortgage servicing
• Yellow belt certification in continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with personnel at all levels
