The Role:

As a Senior Styling Consultant, you will create the connection between our talented design team and our clients, ensuring every project is executed with excellence. With your background in property styling and/or real estate, you will build and nurture relationships with real estate agents and vendors, guiding them through the process of preparing homes for sale with BOWERBIRD’s signature touch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Relationships: Drive both inbound and outbound sales activities to build a robust portfolio of clients, fostering new connections and nurturing existing ones for repeat business.
• Client Engagement: Organise and conduct meetings with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with tailored styling proposals.
• Sales Proposals: Prepare, submit, and follow up on proposals, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to execution.
• Collaboration: Liaise closely with our projects team to ensure installations are completed to brief and specification, always aiming for superior execution.
• Customer Care: Be the single point of contact for clients, handling any escalations with a genuine sense of care and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes.
• Marketing Contribution: Play an active role in developing marketing strategies and campaigns, including social media content and promoting the BOWERBIRD brand.
• CRM Maintenance: Keep the CRM system updated and finalise admin tasks promptly to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Mentorship: Provide support and guidance to junior members of the sales team, sharing your expertise to help them grow.
