The Job:

We are looking for a detailed oriented, efficient, and well-organized team member with excellent communication skills to serve as a Level 3IT Support Specialist.

This position will serve as an escalation point for our IT Support Specialists, providing T3 Technical support for escalated tickets requiring a higher level of technical knowledge. You will diagnose, research, and resolve these tier 3technical issues for our partners.The daily responsibilities could expand over time with the potential for advancement. This role requires attention to detail and strong communication skills.

What You’ll Do All Day

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our partners seeking technical assistance via phone, e-mail, or our automated ticketing system
  • Diagnose, research, and resolve tier 3technical hardware and software issues
  • Effectively communicate ticket status until service ticket is resolved
  • Provide accurate information on our IT products and services
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Maintain the highest possible level of customer service
  • Accurately maintain end-user installation procedures, configuration procedures, and documentation
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned

  • Advanced networking skills and experience
  • Advanced understanding of Windows / Corporate networking environments

  • Residence in the United States

We’d Like to See

  • Any experience in the Dental or Medical IT support vertical a HUGE plus
  • CompTIA ITF+, CompTIA A+, or CompTIA Network+ certificate
