Our Sydney office is expanding, and we’re seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Support Specialist/Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing industry and develop your career in the exciting field of payments technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and customer relationship management.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in POS/EFTPOS or eCommerce solutions.
  • Deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs using Windcave’s suite of payment technologies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Dynamic and high-energy personality with a proactive attitude.
  • Keen interest in technology, with a willingness to learn about payment solutions and the broader industry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, CRM, PowerPoint).

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in POS/EFTPOS, eCommerce solutions, or financial technology.
  • Recent graduates in business or IT with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Awareness of payments industry trends and competition is a plus but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Windcave products is preferred
