Role And Missions — What You Will Do 🚀

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic People team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company by attracting and retaining world-class talent in the fast-paced mobile gaming industry. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to deliver innovative games and build a strong company culture that supports our growth and vision.

Your Mission

  • Lead End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment lifecycle for roles across Product, Tech, Gaming, and other specialized domains
  • Strategic Hiring Partner: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define talent needs, develop role profiles, and design recruitment strategies tailored to each position
  • Innovative Sourcing: Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies, leveraging multiple platforms and channels to find and engage top-tier talent
  • Exceptional Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and memorable journey that reflects our values and culture
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the evolution of our Employer Branding strategy, helping position us as a top destination for talent in the mobile gaming industry
  • HR Development Projects: Collaborate with the broader People team on strategic HR projects, contributing to talent development and organizational growth

We are also looking for:

  • Extensive Recruitment Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, ideally within the tech, gaming, or creative industries
  • Expertise in Specialized Hiring: Experience recruiting for a range of roles, including technical, creative, and leadership positions, with a strong understanding of industry-specific skill sets
  • International Exposure: Familiarity with global recruitment processes and working with diverse, cross-cultural talent pools
  • Strategic Sourcing Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets
  • Data-Driven Approach: Solid understanding of recruitment metrics, with a proven ability to refine processes and drive decisions using data and insights
  • Fluency in English: Proficiency in French or other languages is a bonus
