What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as a project manager and/or technical task leader on key projects and accounts
• Develop new clients and support existing client relationships
• Provide technical leadership in areas such as CCR ash basin closure and landfill design
• Prepare qualifications, technical approaches, and selling messages for proposals
• Mentor and coach team members while supporting all phases of contract procurement

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• BA/BA + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• U.S. Citizen/Resident
• Background and Drug & Alcohol screening for pre-employment
• Minimum ten years of related technical experience in engineering, geology, or hydrogeology
• Ten years of project management experience

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• B.S. Degree in Engineering (Civil, Geotechnical, Mechanical, Environmental), Geology, or Hydrogeology
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.)
• Five years of experience in CCR-related projects
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both scientific and non-scientific audiences
• Demonstrated business development experience
