What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as a project manager and technical task leader on key projects and accounts
• Develop new clients and support existing client relationships
• Provide technical leadership in areas related to CCR ash basin closure, landfill design, and solid waste management
• Prepare qualifications and technical approaches for proposals and project interviews
• Mentor and coach team members while participating in industry organizations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• BA/BA + 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• U.S. Citizen/Resident
• Background and Drug & Alcohol screening for pre-employment
• Demonstrated experience in engineering, geology, or hydrogeology
• Minimum ten years of project management experience

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Geology, or Hydrogeology
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.)
• Five years of experience in CCR-related projects
• Knowledgeable in the power market and clientele
• Demonstrated business development experience
