Your Opportunity For Impact
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Accounts team. Your main responsibility will be to lead the development and enhancement of our customer identity access management, authorization services, and access control lists. These services handle tens of thousands of authorization calls per second and safeguard millions of new documents and files daily. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with our business goals.
What Your Contributions Will Be
- Lead the product development lifecycle for the Accounts team, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to inform product strategy.
- Work with the engineering team to ensure the successful implementation of product features and enhancements.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals
- and customer needs.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with technologies such as RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience working with account management or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Experience or knowledge of authentication and authorization policy systems, and topics. Such as:
- Federated Identity, Identity Providers (IdPs) as a service, Identity Service Providers (SPs), JsonWebTokens (JWTs), Multifactor Authentication, time, attribute, or relationship based access controls
- Rich understanding of software development policies
- Knows the difference between Authentication and Authorization systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Compensation Transparency
The compensation range for this position is: $111,800 – $134,000
The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
