About The Role

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering the development of our technical products from inception to market launch. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, you will ensure that our high-quality products effectively meet customer needs and align with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our technical offerings.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features and enhancements in alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, market insights, and industry trends to inform product strategy.
  • Work closely with design and user experience teams to create a seamless and intuitive user interface.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to formulate go-to-market strategies and facilitate successful product launches.
  • Monitor product performance and conduct regular assessments to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Act as a subject matter expert regarding technical aspects of the product, offering guidance and support to stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • A strong technical background with comprehensive knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaborative skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience within an agile development framework.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire teams toward common objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience successfully launching products and features.
  • Demonstrated history of managing technical products from concept through to launch.

The salary range for this position is (127,600.00 to )159,500.00, with a 25% bonus target plus equity. Actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, and other relevant factors.
