Our in-house team is responsible for designing, building, and deploying CSP solutions worldwide.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager in our Customer Program, who has experience in Project Management, end-to-end server hardware development and deployment, and direct customer engagement, to serve CSP customers.
Location: remote in the US
What You’ll Do
Apply Project Management techniques and experience to set up and lead a team in the engagement and execution of all aspects of a large Cloud Data Center customer
Create customer on-boarding activity plans according to customer business requirements
Manage all key ongoing activities of a single customer (bidding, contracts, schedules, score cards)
Build an effective dashboard to report status weekly with clarity to team and executives; highlight issues with clear what/when/who, drive all necessary actions to keep things running on track
Customer focal point regarding process related matters
Hold regular account meetings to align status with end-to-end cross functional / cross geography account team members
Work with Product Marketing, Development Manager, and Sales to build effective customer engagements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in technology discipline
10+ years of project management experience in the server Data Center industry
Preferred Qualifications
Customer engagement experience
Hardware Development technical background is highly preferred
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, in complicated projects, across different time zones
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Project Management certification (PMI PMP)
Experience in the Cloud/Hyperscale industry is a plus
