What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee IT project management for a range of cross-functional and interdepartmental projects
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, researchers, and product owners to translate technical requirements into actionable user stories
• Act as the project architect, ensuring effective integration of various project elements
• Monitor project risks and manage scope creep throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure effective communication and reporting of project status to internal and external stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience in IT project management
• Strong technical knowledge, particularly in networking (Switches, Routers, Wiring)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience working with external customers and internal operations teams

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience managing additional Project Managers
• Familiarity with business case and charter development
• Background in working with major telecommunications carriers
• Strong problem-solving skills in technical environments
• Ability to distill complex technical information for diverse audiences
