We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project / Delivery Manager to join our team at Third Eye Software. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background and a proven track record in initiating and delivering complex projects. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

We offer competitive compensation, as well as many benefits (see below). The contract rate for this role is $75 – $80 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 2-3 concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, large-scale enterprise.
• Work closely with leadership, technical teams, and business partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Join scrums to understand blockers and provide guidance.
• Build and maintain project plans using Smartsheet and manage stories/epics in Jira and Jira Align.
• Balance project delivery (85%) with financial responsibilities (15%), ensuring financial oversight while keeping initiatives on track.
• Initiate and drive large, complex projects from inception, guiding teams, and removing blockers when necessary.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly, adapting to different audiences and simplifying where needed.
• Act as a self-starter, investigating and clarifying role needs and project goals with minimal hand-holding.

• Strong retail enterprise experience, particularly in customer-facing software development.
• Experience in initiating and managing large-scale projects in complex, interdependent environments.
• Proven experience in hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to to apply gentle but effective pressure while fostering strong relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative in ambiguous environments.
• Strong proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, Jira Align, and Excel (pivot tables).
