About The Role
Impact you will make
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Technical Project Manager to join our Revenue Insights and Optimization team, specifically supporting the Insurance Discover product line. The ideal candidate will manage optimization projects aimed at delivering cutting-edge solutions, such as integration with other product lines, incorporating AI and other analytic enhancements, and coordinating prioritization in tandem with scrum masters. This role requires a strong project management background with a focus on ensuring project deliverables are met efficiently.
What You Will Do
- Oversee the progress of projects, ensuring all tasks and action items are completed on time
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, follow up on action items, and proactively address dependencies to keep projects on track
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage dependencies on external datasets and align project goals
- Take initiative in outlining project dependencies and sequencing tasks appropriately to ensure smooth delivery; do not wait for each action but proactively manage and execute tasks
- Work alongside Scrum Masters and Product Owners who are responsible for writing and tracking JIRA stories
- Focus on traditional project management responsibilities rather than Scrum Master duties
What You Will Bring
- 8+ years of Technical Project management experience
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability in managing projects. Recap actions, take initiative, and schedule necessary activities with minimal guidance
- Basic understanding of technology to effectively communicate and manage project requirements
- Provent experience exhibiting proactive behavior in reaching out, scheduling, and executing project-related actions
What We Would Like To See
- PMP Certification
- Experience in managing projects within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with data science models and predictive analytics
- Understanding of SQL and data management
FinThrive’s Core Values and Expectations

- Support FinThrive’s Compliance Program by adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to HIPAA, FCRA, GLBA and other laws applicable to FinThrive’s business practices; this includes becoming familiar with FinThrive’s Code of Ethics, attending training as required, notifying management or FinThrive’s Helpline when there is a compliance concern or incident, HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information, and demonstrable awareness of confidentiality obligations
