Senior Test Engineer (Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer with experience in building next-generation FinTech products/solutions, ideally someone who has thrived in a startup environment. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary expertise to excel in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating a proactive and hands-on approach.

Role

●     Test both the front-end (iOS/Android app, CRM platform, virtual AI agent) and back-end (API Integration, System Integration, third-party data mapping, etc.) aspects of the product.

●     Initially, design and develop a manual test routine, which you will be conducting periodically.

●     Later on, build the automated testing routine and manage running them.

●     Run regression testing and UAT.

●     Enhance the test routines whenever new features are implemented.

●     Create and manage test reports to effectively communicate findings.

●     Participate in daily standup meetings, plan QA timeline during sprint planning, and prioritize testing activities during deployment.

●     Provide performance feedback and optimization suggestions to enhance product quality.

●     Work with business stakeholders to enrich the test scenarios to ensure 100% coverage

Skill Set

Technical

●     Required: Proficiency in database concepts, Postman, SoapUI, AWS, version control systems (e.g., Bitbucket), DBMS (e.g., DBeaver), and CRMs.

Soft

●     Required: Strong communication skills, especially in effectively communicating encountered issues during testing.

 Experience

●     At least 5 years of working experience as a Quality Analyst.

●     Experience in System testing, SIT, UAT, OAT, PT, API and testing of Apps, CRMs, Complexly integrated systems

●     Hands on experience in Automation Testing – Mandatory.

Other Requirements

●     Access to both Android and iOS devices for testing purposes.
