Based in our Valencia office, you will closely collaborate with our local developers on-site, while staying seamlessly connected to the nexum Design Team that is primarily based in Germany. This setup allows you to bridge creativity and technology, making a significant impact on both the development process and the user experience.

• Skilled in exploring and developing digital brands that align with strategy, adhere to guidelines, and remain technically feasible.
• A source of inspiration for your team, bringing fresh ideas and insights into best practices and design trends.
• Experienced in building and maintaining element libraries for large digital projects in Figma, from concept creation to detailed handovers for development.
• Confident in presenting your work to key stakeholders in English, gathering and prioritizing feedback to refine and improve your designs.
• Comfortable preparing for and participating in pitch presentations in English, showcasing your expertise and enthusiasm.
• A professional committed to ensuring the highest quality of final delivery and overseeing the smooth implementation of your designs.
• Comfortable working in a remote setup and skilled at building strong connections with your team, regardless of location.
• Open to occasional travel to Cologne for in-person meetings and workshops, enjoying the opportunity to connect with the team and stakeholders face-to-face.

• 5+ years of experience as a UI Designer in a digital agency or with a renowned brand.
• Proven expertise in designing websites, apps, and digital products, backed by hands-on experience.
• A strong portfolio (website or PDF) showcasing your skills, creativity, and passion for exceptional UI design.
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• The ability to balance visual excellence with pragmatic economic efficiency to deliver optimal results for both clients and nexum.
• A solid understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS) is essential.
• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary, international teams.
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems is non-negotiable.
• Familiarity with low-code tools (e.g., Webflow) or prototyping tools (e.g., ProtoPie) is a significant advantage.
• 
  Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and effective collaboration across locations.
• 
  Fluent English skills (C1 level), both spoken and written, are required.
• A high level of motivation to work closely with local developers and a remote design team in Germany to deliver exceptional solutions for international clients.
