A Day in the Life:

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will conduct user research and design intuitive user interfaces for our clients and their end-users. This involves using design thinking, UX methodologies, and design best practices to help teams build the right features for business and user needs.

• Work with account, creative and technology teams to guide and document the architecture, flow and user experience of digital solutions across multiple channels
• Understand and guide web optimization options based on business goals
• Bring strong visual design foundations, coupled with an understanding of modern design frameworks and the differences between consumer-facing and internal-facing applications
• Create and document solutions by various means including diagrams, site maps, user flows, annotated wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Understand and be able to speak to the fundamental processes of software development. HTML / CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Communicate effectively with Product Ownership and Development teams to ensure consistency throughout the design and build processes.
• Understand and have experience with integrating UX Processes and Agile Methodologies
• Stay abreast of new and innovative trends in visual design and information architecture
