  We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Expert

  • with a minimum of 6 years of extensive experience in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces across web, tablet, and mobile platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dashboarding and reporting design, with the ability to create responsive designs that enhance user experience and usability.
  • Experience in developing on React-based front-end frameworks would be advantageous.
  • This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of user-centric design principles.
  • The candidate must demonstrate self-motivation and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time, especially in a remote working environment.

  Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces for web applications, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Develop and maintain style guides and design patterns to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate designs and improve user experience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and frontend development.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and collaborate on implementation.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in designing for web, tablet, and mobile responsive layouts.
  • Solid understanding of dashboarding and reporting design principles.
  • Experience with tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar for creating wireframes and prototypes.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design process.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts and decisions.
  • Experience in frontend development with React or similar frameworks would be a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work on time, especially in a remote working setup.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing complex data visualizations and analytics dashboards.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend prototyping.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

  Pay: ₹70,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
