Role Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design strategy and execution for Krofile’s digital business profile management platform. With a focus on SaaS products, branding, and user-centric interfaces, you will play a crucial role in shaping how businesses interact with their digital profiles. You will collaborate across teams to ensure our platform is visually compelling, intuitive, and delivers an exceptional user experience for businesses of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Strategy: Define and execute the UI/UX design strategy for Krofile’s SaaS platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Brand Alignment: Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for Krofile’s product suite, aligning with our core mission and values.
• Product Design:
• Design intuitive dashboards, interactive widgets, and other features for digital business profile management (e.g., SEO optimization tools, analytics dashboards, review showcases).
• Focus on accessibility, responsive design, and multi-language support to cater to diverse user bases.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
• Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for features like analytics, dashboards and tools.
• User Research: Conduct user testing and gather insights to inform design iterations and ensure customer-centric solutions.
• Data-Driven Design: Leverage platform analytics to identify design opportunities that improve engagement and user satisfaction.
• Design System: Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a strong focus on SaaS products and branding.
• Portfolio: Demonstrated expertise in designing user-friendly SaaS platforms, showcasing impactful work on dashboards, customer management tools, and interactive user interfaces.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards, and multi-language interfaces.
• Knowledge of SaaS Principles: Deep understanding of SaaS usability, customer onboarding flows, and data visualization.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
• Preferred Experience:
• Designing for tools like analytics dashboards, SEO features, or interactive widgets.
• Familiarity with branding for digital business profiles or customer engagement tools.
