Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role focuses on creating innovative, user-centric designs for our products and services, including exciting projects like designing for an AI-driven YouTube channel. If you are passionate about crafting seamless user experiences and have the ambition to grow into a Creative Director role, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, product managers, and developers to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across projects.
• Utilize tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and Webflow to create exceptional user interfaces.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Proficiency in tools like Webflow, Adobe XD, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.
• Experience in creating powerpoint presentations and interactive prototypes is a must.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Ambition to take on leadership roles.
