Senior Ux Designer Night Shift (Remote)

This UX Designer role offers an exciting opportunity to innovate in the healthcare space. You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that address real-world challenges for both healthcare providers and patients. This role blends creative problem-solving with technical expertise, while also requiring strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovative Design: You will use your unique design insights to tackle challenges and create impactful solutions
• Usability Research: You will conduct in-depth research to identify pain points and improve usability, ensuring your insights inform design decisions that have a lasting impact
• Data-Driven Design: You will use data to uncover insights and create authentic personas, journey maps, and user flows that reflect real-world interactions and drive effective design decisions
• Prototyping: You will design sleek, user-friendly prototypes and interfaces that align with the company’s brand identity
• Stakeholder Collaboration: You will pitch design concepts to stakeholders and integrate their feedback to develop solutions that align with the company’s vision
• Mentorship: You will mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

• Experience: You have 5+ years of UX design experience and a strong portfolio that showcases your design process and solutions
• Tools: You are proficient in Figma and familiar with testing platforms and project tracking tools like Jira or GitLab
• UX Expertise: You have a deep understanding of UX principles and a commitment to user-centered design, with experience in design systems
• Communication: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Technical Setup: You have a stable internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS) and a laptop with a quad-core processor, 16 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD, and a high-resolution display that supports Windows 10 or macOS
• Work Schedule: You are able to work Eastern Time Zone hours for effective collaboration
• Education: You hold a bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
