Responsibilities:

• Lead UX Design: Drive the entire design process, from user research to final product delivery. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure our products meet both business objectives and user needs.
• User-Centered Design: Conduct in-depth user research, analyze data, and iterate on designs based on insights. Create personas, user flows, and wireframes to guide the development process.
• Design Execution: Produce high-quality designs using industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure a cohesive user experience across all products.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with teams across different geographical locations. Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Innovation and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and technologies. Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and provide inclusive experiences for all users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of building products from the ground up in a startup environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to conduct user research, create compelling designs, and iterate based on feedback.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with information architecture and structural design thinking.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and experience designing inclusive user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
