Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior UX Designer in Dallas, TX:
Job Duties : Serve as a champion for design thinking and a human-centered, entrepreneurial approach to strategic enterprise transformation with our internal business partners and external customers. Participate in stakeholder and secondary research; participate in end-user primary research; recognize economically meaningful end-user pain points and unmet needs. Participate in collaborative workshops then synthesize insights into defensible visions, frameworks, and concepts. Conduct in-market concept testing and experimentation. Continually keep abreast of emerging and best-in-class user experiences and maintain a high-level understanding of the capabilities of the Salesforce platform. Actively participate in creating, testing, and sharing new and better tools, methods and processes for conducting innovation engagements, and find ways to multiply the value of the insights gained from every engagement. Deliver systems-level UX strategy, experience strategy, and future visions for stakeholder and scrum teams to rally around. Conduct stakeholder, secondary, and discovery research to recognize economically or strategically meaningful end-user pain points and unmet needs. Create service blueprints, ecosystem maps, experience maps, and journey maps to help teams and stakeholders understand why things currently function as they do – and how we can improve in service of our users. Design, lead and facilitate workshops, both remotely and in-person. Actively find opportunities to improve the user experience across your business domain(s). Mentor junior designers and help onboard contingent design resources. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements : Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
Special Skill Requirements : (1) Sketch; (2) UI Design; (3) Design System; (4) Agile Methodologies; (5) User-centered Design; (6) Visual Design; (7) Interactive Prototypes; (8) Storyboards; (9) Wireframes; (10) Interaction Design; (11) Figma; (12) Invision; (13) User Research; (14) A/B testing. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
