What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead Lean UX and design activities on client projects, collaborating with designers from other firms
• Conduct user research and strategy to vet new technology innovations and make recommendations
• Develop impactful wireframes in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders
• Facilitate design workshops and continuous discovery sessions with clients
• Advocate for users while balancing business needs and goals throughout the project lifecycle

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 8 years of experience working on UX designs for clients
• At least 3 years of experience as a UX Researcher
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of developing complex products and understanding incremental/agile UX practices
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• At least 2 years of experience working with agile Scrum methodologies
• At least 1 year of Lean UX experience
• Experience designing for complex data systems and enterprise applications
• Skilled in using prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
• Experience coaching teams and clients in UX practices
