Pulse Labs Research Lab is empowering insights and elevating experiences for the world’s top technology companies. We’re revolutionizing product development and we are backed by investors including Google and Amazon. We deliver insightful, actionable, and easy-to-grasp insights at every stage of the product lifecycle – from inception to market release and beyond. Our Research Lab is a unique UX research platform that powers our consumer usability, AI training, and product feedback services. We empower top tech companies to create and refine game-changing mobile, smart home, AI, wearable, and automotive products.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Senior UX Researcher to support our Research Lab UX Research team. If you thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and love tackling complex challenges, then you’re the perfect fit! As a successful candidate, you’ll work directly with customers to help them design and execute qualitative, unmoderated and moderated research using Pulse Labs’ proprietary tools. You’ll provide guidance for a team of talented UX researchers that dive deep into rich video data from diverse study participants to help leading companies gain valuable feedback for their next-gen products.

Our research projects cover a variety of topics, technologies, and methodologies, and range in size and scope from 10 users to 300+ users, and from 3 days to 8 weeks.

This role is 100% remote, will be based in the US, and will require US working hours.
