Object First is an international Group of companies specializing in providing an innovative and immutable backup solution tailored for Veeam backup and replication using object-based storage. We are currently seeking a highly responsible, trustworthy, and experienced individual to join our rapidly expanding global team as a Middle/Senior UI/UX Designer (Marketing Department) based in Poland.

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our marketing department. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design of our digital marketing assets, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across all platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Demand Gen, Operations (Web Dev), and R&D, to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and visual style across all digital channels.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of design solutions and iterate based on performance metrics.
• Work closely with Demand Gen to design user journeys that optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
• Partner with Operations (Web Dev) to ensure designs are technically feasible and accurately implemented.
• Manage and track design tasks and project progress in Jira, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
• Support and update the design system to maintain consistency across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, ensuring our digital assets remain innovative.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a marketing or digital agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and present ideas to stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools to manage and track design tasks.
• Friendly to different task managers and open-to-learn new software needed for the job.
• English level B2 or higher.
