Key Responsibilities
- Manage key wealth management accounts in designated region
- Achieve assigned strategic account objectives
- Establish strong, long-term client relationships
- Engage with major clients regularly and respond to specific queries
- Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
- Handle concerns and problems efficiently and effectively
- Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
- Monitor the health of accounts and provide timely and accurate forecasting
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 5 years’ worth of experience as a Strategic Account Manager, Key Account Manager or within a Strategic Sales role in the financial services industry, preferably wealth management
- Hands-on experience with CRM and Account Management systems (preferably Salesforce)
- Collaborative work ethic
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client relationship aptitude
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Previous experience in a Research environment is highly preferred
- Availability to travel as needed
