Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor to join our Client’s creative team. If you’re a meticulous and innovative professional with a passion for video storytelling and an aptitude for motion graphics, this could be the opportunity you’ve been seeking. You’ll be the primary editor for a high-profile video podcast project, taking ownership of post-production processes and contributing creatively to motion graphics. Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing Leadership – Serve as the primary video editor for a dynamic video podcast, ensuring high-quality storytelling through precise and creative editing.
• Motion Graphics Integration – Design and incorporate motion graphics into the podcast to enhance storytelling and visual engagement.
• Collaborative Production – Work closely with the production and creative teams to align on the visual tone and narrative goals.
• Technical Excellence – Maintain and enhance video quality through effective colour grading, sound syncing, and other post-production techniques.
• Timeline Management – Manage post-production schedules to ensure timely delivery of episodes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Video Editing Expertise – Extensive experience as a video editor, with a portfolio showcasing long-form and narrative-driven video content.
• Motion Graphics Skills – Proficiency in motion graphics creation using software such as Adobe After Effects.
• Podcast Production Experience – Familiarity with the technical and creative requirements of video podcast production.
• Technical Proficiency – Strong skills in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Collaborative Mindset – Proven ability to work effectively within creative teams, communicating ideas clearly and constructively.
• Detail-Oriented Approach – Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring polished final outputs that align with brand standards.
• Adaptability and Creativity – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt and contribute innovative ideas.
