Job Details

• Full-time position with a hybrid work schedule
• In-office presence required on Mondays and Wednesdays, with the option to work from home the rest of the week, depending on business needs

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Product Business Cases for new and existing products
• Gather and prioritize market/customer requirements to shape product development
• Collaborate with Marketing to create effective marketing strategies and messaging
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure product business goals are achieved
• Act as a product specialist and central point of communication within the company
• Provide technical product knowledge and support to sales teams
• Mentor or supervise less experienced staff members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5 years of related experience
• Business or Marketing degree preferred
• Experience with camera video streaming technology required; knowledge of Audio Visual equipment a plus
• Proficiency in computer networks and software
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent understanding of Sales and Marketing processes
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Willingness to travel regularly and possess a valid driver’s license
