Job Descriptions:

· Student visa and visit processing for Canada, the U.S., Australia and some European countries.

· Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, draft formal letters, and maintain files and records.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in verifying supporting documents and completing visa applications.

· Ensure that the data entered is 100% accurate and aligned with the provided documents.

·  Schedule appointments with embassies and Visa Application Centers.

· Coordinate with universities and colleges to facilitate the student admission process.

Requirements:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience

·      Extensive experience in processing student visas for at least three countries, including Canada, the US, Australia, the UK, and Schengen countries.

·  Minimum 2-3 years of experience in student visa processing for U.S, Australia, UK, and Schengen countries.

·  Demonstrated experience with B2B business platforms, especially in collaboration with international recruiting agencies, is highly preferred.

Additional Requirements

·      Exceptional writing skills in English, with a strong command of grammar

·      Applicants must have good typing and computing skills (MS Office) and be able to self-manage tasks.

·      High level of discretion, commitment, reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work on your initiative and under pressure.
