Key Responsibilities

Web Design & Development

• Lead the design and development of responsive, high-performance websites using Framer
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that align with client brand guidelines and business objectives
• Implement modern web technologies to ensure optimal site performance and user experience

SEO & Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve client website visibility and organic traffic
• Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and implement technical SEO improvements
• Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that engages users and improves search rankings

UI/UX Design

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience across devices
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across projects

Client & Project Management

• Participate in client meetings to present design concepts, gather feedback, and provide expert consultations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and content creators

Technical Support & Innovation

• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and team members as needed
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in web design, SEO, and digital marketing
• Contribute to the agency’s knowledge base and help drive innovation in our service offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Digital Media, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in web design and digital marketing
• Proven expertise with Framer and other modern web design tools
• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and SEO success
• Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
