Your Mission
As the SEO Lead, you’ll spearhead strategies that amplify RemitBee’s digital presence, driving both organic and paid growth. You’ll lead a talented team, innovate cutting-edge campaigns, and ensure our online channels are optimized to their fullest potential.

What You’ll Do
– Craft Holistic Strategies: Develop integrated digital marketing plans encompassing SEO, SEM, SMM, and digital advertising to maximize visibility and engagement.
– Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct deep dives into market trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities to inform decision-making.
– Social Media Leadership: Create and execute campaigns that grow our community and foster meaningful engagement.
– Paid Advertising Management: Plan, execute, and refine paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring optimal ROI.
– Budget Optimization: Monitor, adjust, and manage ad budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies for continuous improvement.
– Graphic Design Integration: Collaborate on visually appealing content, enhancing campaigns with striking graphics and engaging digital materials.
– User Experience Focus: Oversee website design and optimization to align with brand aesthetics and deliver seamless user experiences.
– Reporting & Insights: Generate detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
– Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of SEO specialists, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

What You Bring
– Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, including team leadership.
– Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Technical Proficiency: Mastery of SEO tools, web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and advertising tools like Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
– Holistic Skillset: Expertise in SEO, SEM, SMM, digital advertising, and graphic design principles.
– Creative Vision: Strong eye for design and ability to align marketing visuals with strategic goals.
– Web Optimization Skills: Proficiency in web design principles and user experience optimization.
– Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and apply insights to enhance performance.
– Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering impactful results.
