Job Overview:

Mediboost is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead our remote team of digital marketing experts.In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our SEO initiatives, guiding a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results for our clients. You will work closely with various departments, ensuring that our SEO strategies align with overall business goals and drive substantial growth for our dental and medical practice clients. You should be well-versed in the latest SEO trends, tools, and techniques, and possess strong analytical and project management skills. Your expertise will directly contribute to the growth of dental practices in Australia through strategic and effective SEO campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for client websites.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists, ensuring the execution of best practices and continuous professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, web development, and digital marketing to align SEO strategies with overall business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
• Oversee technical SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements to enhance website performance and user experience.
• Perform on-page SEO optimisations, including meta tags, header tags, schema markup, and content adjustments to improve rankings.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance metrics, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, or SEMrush.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and cutting-edge.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the SEO team.

We are looking for an SEO Manager specifically with these requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SEO, with a strong focus on strategy development and team management.
• Proven experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Deep understanding of SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, or SEMrush.
• Demonstrated success in improving organic search performance and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
