Seo Specialist And Content Writer (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled and creative SEO Specialist and Content Writer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, optimized content that drives traffic, engages our audience, and improves search engine rankings. This role requires technical SEO expertise with exceptional content creation skills to execute strategies that align with our marketing goals and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

SEO

• Take ownership over your work and can function independently
• Perform keyword research to identify target phrases and opportunities for content optimization.
• Perform content audits, and technical site reviews.
• Analyze search performance data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions for growth.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Conduct on-page optimization, including meta tags, headers, and internal linking.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Execute off-page optimization tactics, including link-building strategies.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Utilize generative AI tools to optimize and automate content creation for search visibility.

Content Writing

• Highly proficient in English Language with impeccable writing and editing skills
• Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content, including blogs, articles, web pages, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with the company’s brand voice and goals.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Develop content calendars and manage deadlines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Optimize existing content for SEO performance, readability, and engagement.

Collaboration and Analysis

• Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into digital assets.
• Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights to improve traffic and engagement.
• Perform competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Content Writer, or similar role.

Technical Skills

• Experience in scaling organic visibility at scale
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO principles as well as deep Gen AI led SEO, including site architecture, indexing, crawl optimization, and structured data.
• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website performance metrics is a plus.
• Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

Writing Skills

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to write in a clear, concise, and engaging manner for various audiences and platforms.
