Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, a proven track record of improving search engine rankings, and the ability to drive organic traffic growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements, to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to enhance site performance.
Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and progress to stakeholders.
Manage link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to improve domain authority.
Work closely with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website design and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
