NOTE: This is a permanent, remote position structured as an “Independent Contractor” arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a monthly basis.

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist. Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
• Understanding of technical SEO elements, including page speed optimization, mobile-first indexing, and structured data.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS is beneficial. Ability to stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends.
• Experience conducting thorough keyword research. Strong analytical skills, particularly in analyzing websites to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic programming ability, especially for technical SEO tasks. Creativity and outside-the-box thinking to develop innovative SEO strategies.
• Experience in Web Design

Core responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to guide SEO strategy and content development.
• Optimize product listings, category pages, and landing pages to ensure they are fully optimized for search engines.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement on-page and technical SEO best practices.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve issues that may impact SEO performance.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies, guest posting, and other off-page SEO initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO best practices Monitor competitor activities and evaluate the effectiveness of their SEO strategies.
• Suggest changes to improve website positioning through content optimization and effective linking. Will assist with web design tasks if necessary.
