Role Overview

As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will spearhead initiatives in content marketing, website optimization, and technical SEO for our clients, with a keen focus on traffic enhancement and lead generation. Your role will involve setting and evaluating KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive site audits, analyses, and keyword research to formulate actionable strategies aligned with KPIs.
• Engage collaboratively with clients during campaign launches and provide regular updates on strategies and outcomes.
• Optimize on-page elements including page titles, meta descriptions, headers, alt text, and anchor text.
• Monitor and evaluate site performance using advanced tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Ahrefs.
• Identify and implement continuous site enhancement opportunities.
• Oversee the launch of new websites and landing pages.
• Execute and monitor local SEO and link-building campaigns.
• Create SEO-optimized content, encompassing blogs and website copy.
• Develop public relations content, including media pitches, guest posts, and articles.
• Research and analyze trending topics across various industries.
• Stay informed of industry developments, including GA4 updates, algorithm shifts, and Core Web Vitals.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Education & Experience: BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, or equivalent professional experience.
• Agency Background: Minimum of 2 years of direct SEO experience within a digital agency framework.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and various SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
• SEO Acumen: Strong grasp of SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and ranking determinants.
• Technical SEO Skills: Experience in site launches, audits, and troubleshooting.
• Communication Excellence: Outstanding writing capabilities and client-facing communication skills.
• Web Development Acquaintance: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Webflow.
