Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced TypeScript Engineer to join our core team and help bring innovative ideas to life. This position involves contributing to the entire product development process, from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-disciplinary discussions to drive product features from concept to completion
• Demonstrate expertise in major areas of the codebase
• Collaborate closely with executives, project managers, and the design team

Must Haves:

• Experience: 5+ years in server-side engineering, with at least one project lasting 2 years
• Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of Node.js, web stacks, libraries, frameworks, and API development in cloud environments like AWS or GCP, using TypeScript (Node.js)
• Language Skills: English proficiency
• Passion for entertainment: A strong passion for anime, manga, and VTubers is required
• Tools: Experience with GitHub, Notion, and Slack

Better Requirements:

• Experience in developing native iOS/Android applications
• Knowledge of C# (Unity)
• Experience with streaming services or network games
• Development experience in teams of 3 or more, communicating with design and product managers
• Experience in performance measurement and identifying bottlenecks

Salary Range: 5M ~ 12M JPY
