Planning, project management and customer support
- Planning, control and monitoring of fibre optic-based site connections, site networks and backbone extensions
- Resource planning, scheduling and risk management to ensure the success of the project
- Detailed fibre planning in the Globalways GmbH network
- Main contact person for customers during the entire project duration (including pre-sales process)
- Coordination and management of suppliers and service providers to ensure project success
- Creation and maintenance of project documentation
- Optimisation of existing project management processes and implementation in Jira
Technical implementation and support
- Monitoring the technical implementation of network solutions during installation and commissioning
- First-level support including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of the active infrastructure
- Last-level support including fault diagnosis and rectification of the passive infrastructure
Purchasing and material procurement
- Responsibility for the procurement of materials and external cables as part of customer projects
- Benchmarking of pre-service products to optimise costs and efficiency in material and material and cable purchasing.
Planung, Projektmanagement und Kundenbetreuung
- Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von glasfaserbasierten Standortanbindungen, Standortvernetzungen sowie Backboneerweiterungen

- Detaillierte Faserplanung im Netz der Globalways GmbH
- Hauptansprechpartner für Kunden während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit (inklusive Pre-Sales Prozess)
- Koordination und Management von Lieferanten und Dienstleistern zur Gewährleistung des Projekterfolgs
- Erstellung und Pflege von Projektdokumentation
- Optimierung bestehender Projektmanagementprozesse und Implementierung in Jira
Technische Implementierung und Support
- Überwachung der technischen Implementierung von Netzwerklösungen während Installation und Inbetriebnahme
- First-Level Support inklusive Fehlerdiagnose und Behebung der aktiven Infrastruktur
- Last-Level Support inklusive Fehlerdiagnose und Behebung der passiven Infrastruktur
Einkauf und Materialbeschaffung
- Verantwortung für die Beschaffung von Materialien und Fremdleitungen im Rahmen von Kundenprojekten
- Benchmarking von Vorleistungsprodukten zur Optimierung der Kosten und Effizienz im Material- und Leitungseinkauf.
