Service Delivery Manager (Remote)

How you’ll make an impact:

Operational Oversight and Escalation Management:

Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation teams as needed.

Ensure smooth operations through proactive problem-solving and process optimization.

Vendor Management and Solution Delivery:

Lead discussions with vendors on cost optimization and delivering value to the client.

Act as a bridge between the client and vendors to address concerns and provide effective solutions.

Documentation and Compliance:

Maintain accurate records of processes and equipment.

Manage vendor tickets, backlog, and ensure adherence to SLAs with a focus on continuous improvement.

Client and Relationship Management:

Serve as the local point of contact for the client, representing Accenture Services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Clients, Vendors and business users.

Regularly engage with senior client representatives to manage expectations, especially during critical incidents.

Skills that make your work successful:

Bachelor`s degree with an emphasis on the area of IT or comparable professional education

Organizational and planning skills, combined with the ability to react flexibly to changing conditions

Strong analytical, presentation, communication (written and oral), interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills in English – German desirable

Longer term experience in IT Service Delivery and Vendor Management

Ability to lead and built teams, strong presentation skills

An ITIL certification

A foundational Cloud certification will be advantageous
