Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to join our dedicated APAC Client Success team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and nurturing client relationships across a portfolio of our largest Australia and New Zealand clients. You will understand your client’s business needs and ensure they are leveraging ADPs solutions and services to their fullest potential.
This role will see you work closely with cross functional teams to ensure great collaboration and optimisation of best practices to provide exceptional client satisfaction.
Your expertise in customer engagement will be key to driving retention, contract renewal, and growth opportunities.
This role is based in our Mascot (Sydney) Office. Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- 3-5 years of related client success or account management experience.
- Demonstrated track record of successful relationships and strong client relationships building and retention across medium to large organisations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
