The ServiceNow Developer/ Architect is a member of Varian Information Technologies Enterprise Application Solutions Team to be based in primary Budapest.
The role’s responsibilities include building Digital workflows using the latest ServiceNow “Flow Designer”, Build solutions based on the best practices; work with the ServiceNow Team and all platform stakeholders.
Project Focus: you will be working on the full lifecycle of application from requirements gathering to design, develop, deploy, support, and enhance ServiceNow Digital workflows & integrations using different API’s & Integration hub. This position requires working closely with the business leaders and global IT teams to align scope and deliverables.
Operational Focus: you will perform Snow Development tasks; proactively approaching business and preempting any program and applications issues, being responsive on the break-fix incidents and enhancements. Work closely with internal IT & business stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an IT related field
- Relevant experience with ServiceNow
- Knowledge of JavaScript
- ServiceNow admin certification is a plus.
- Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent EPR product and productivity software desired
- Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented.
- Architect and develop innovative solutions in collaboration with a multi-functional team.
- Project management Skills & experience working as a Lead in large Organizations.
- Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
- Experience with IT Service Management, Service Desk, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Catalog Request, Knowledge Management, PPM, Asset Management
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other cloud applications & also ServiceNow Integration Hub
- Experience in web development and UX/U, best practices & design experience on Custom Widgets
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes
- Nice to have- Certified implementation specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or any other)
- Create and execute development plans & value stream maps as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Drive innovative business solutions and digital transformation.
- Good Communication & Presentation Skills, experience with collaboration with multiple teams
