Lume Consulting Group, a Sacramento-based IT consulting company, is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer for a project with one of our California State clients.

 Qualifications

MANDATORY QUALIFICATION

1. Minimum four (4) years with ServiceNow Platform Administration
2. Minimum (4) years with implementation of ServiceNow Platform
3. Minimum (4) years experience with design of ServiceNow Platform
4. Minimum four (4) years’ with ServiceNow Customer Service Management CSM)
5. Expert-level understanding of all ServiceNow Modules
6. Minimum five (5) years’ experience CMDB Design and implementation
7. Minimum five (5) years’ experience with CMDB Governance.
8. Minimum five (5) years’ experience Managing and updating CMDB 
9. ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)
10. Minimum (5) years with Design, development, administration and support of ServiceNow ITSM.
11. Minimum (4) years’ experience with creating ServiceNow Catalog items with workflows, automation and approvals.
12. Minimum (4) years’ experience with Developing and administering ServiceNow Change Management
13. Minimum (4) years’ experience with Developing and administering
14. Minimum (4) years’ experience with Developing and administering
15. Minimum (4) years’ experience with Developing and administering Incident Management
16. Minimum (4) years’ experience with Employee Center and Search optimization
17. Minimum (4) years’ experience with deploying Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Requests, Incidents, and Cases
18. ServiceNow Workspace Delivery (WSD)
19. Minimum Four (4) years’ experience Space mapping and space management
20. Minimum Four (4) years’ experience with administering Workspace Reservation management module, calendar synchronization
21. Minimum Four (4) years’ experience Workplace indoor mapping
22. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
23. IT Process Improvement
24. Minimum of four (4) years’ experience with automating legacy IT processes into ServiceNow

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION

1. A minimum (4) years experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) process and concepts.

2. A Minimum of (4) years expert-level experience in ServiceNow Integration with third-party systems

such as LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, Salesforce using REST, SOAP, or MID Server.

3. A minimum of (4) years’ experience with communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and provide technical guidance and support.

4. A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in infrastructure technology implementations.

5. A minimum four (4) years’ with Microsoft Active Directory Administration experience.

6. A minimum four (4) years experience administering SerivceNow Platform for Government, State, Federal or global entities with staffing above

10,000 employees.
