Shared Service Manager Oracle Cc B And Mdm Solutions Wfh (Remote)

We are in search of a committed and proficient Shared Service Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves leading the interaction with implementation partners and overseeing the development, support, integration, and administration of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) solutions, alongside the meter-to-cash flow process within the Shared Services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with essential stakeholders, ensuring the successful execution of projects across the organization.
• Utilize expertise in Oracle CC&B and associated solutions to collaborate with both technical and business teams, delivering customized solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Supervise all dimensions of the Oracle solution lifecycle, including provisioning, licensing, integration, and the implementation of new features and services.
• Manage and project budgets and costs pertaining to applications and services within the shared services portfolio, ensuring cost-effective integration and execution.

• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, typically from Monday to Thursday, to client sites.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B).
• Over 6 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of five years in consulting or service-related roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of meter-to-cash flow and billing processes.
• Experience as a lead architect for at least three successful Oracle CC&B implementations within the utility sector.
• Demonstrable success in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle solutions.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.
