Join our esteemed organization as an Oracle Utilities CC&B and MDM Shared Service Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in leading partnerships with implementation partners and managing the development, support, integration, and oversight of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) solutions, alongside the meter-to-cash flow process within our Shared Services portfolio.

In this critical position, you will engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels, steering the success of Oracle CC&B, MDM, and C2M solutions. Your adept leadership and communication capabilities will be instrumental in managing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the effective delivery of Oracle solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective project execution across the organization.
• Utilize your expertise in Oracle CC&B to collaborate with technical and business teams, delivering customized solutions that fulfill organizational goals.
• Oversee all facets of the Oracle solution lifecycle, including provisioning, licensing, integration, and deployment of new features and services.
• Manage and anticipate budgets and expenditures associated with applications and services within the shared services portfolio, ensuring economical integration and implementation.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B).
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including at least five years in consulting or service-oriented roles.
• Profound understanding of meter-to-cash flow and billing processes.
• Proven experience as a lead architect for a minimum of three successful Oracle CC&B implementations in utility sectors.
• Track record of successful full lifecycle implementations of Oracle solutions.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field.
