My name is Benjamin and I’m the founder of GoldenWeb, an SEO agency specializing in scaling Shopify brands with organic traffic, that’s generated over $29.6m in additional organic revenue for our clients. About the role: We’re looking for a skilled SEO, with previous Shopify and eCommerce SEO experience to join our team and look after 10-15 of our Shopify SEO clients, and follow our SOPs and strategy in order to deliver results for them. As an SEO responsible for the growth and performance of the clients, you’ll have full access to our content writing team, our linkbuilding team, and you’ll also have your own content manager/assistant, to help you do the heavy lifting. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for client onboarding, managing a portfolio of the clients, conducting keyword research and content planning, monthly on-page SEO optimization, maintaining regular client communication, ensuring client satisfaction, educating clients about SEO, and actively upselling/cross-selling our services. You’ll also be expected to participate in biweekly reporting and accountability calls with clients and focus on building long-term relationships. Passionate & Entrepreneurial: You’re enthusiastic about SEO and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Charismatic: Your communication skills are top-notch, and you can engage clients effectively. Uplifting Energy: You bring a positive and energetic attitude to the team. Experience: – 3 years of account management or agency experience. – 3 years of eCommerce/Shopify experience. – 3-5 years of SEO experience. – Bonus: Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Salary: – Base Salary: $2,500 – $3,000/month – Bonus 1: Additional performance bonus on generated results. – Bonus 2: Additional performance bonus on client retention.
